IT Administrator

Mental Health Treatment Centers of America (MHTCA) is seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Administrator to support our employees and technology systems across a dynamic, primarily remote work environment.

In this role, you'll be a key resource for end-user support, systems administration, device management, and business application support. You'll help ensure that employees have the technology, tools, and access they need to perform at their best while contributing to the security, reliability, and continuous improvement of our technology environment.

What You'll Do

As our IT Administrator, you will:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, business applications, connectivity, and remote workforce technology needs.
  • Manage user accounts, system access, Microsoft 365 licensing, and employee onboarding/offboarding activities.
  • Support and maintain business-critical systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, OnBase, and VoIP platforms.
  • Deploy, track, maintain, and recover company technology assets and equipment.
  • Assist with cybersecurity administration, system monitoring, access management, software updates, and compliance-related activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing technology initiatives and process improvements.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent technology support and customer service.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of IT support, help desk, or systems administration experience.
  • Experience supporting remote and hybrid workforces.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to technology support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
    • Endpoint management tools
    • VoIP systems
    • Salesforce administration
    • Jira or ticketing systems
    • Basic networking concepts
    • Cybersecurity best practices
