Bring your clinical skills to a place where connection comes first.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Behavioral Health Therapist to join our evening Intensive Outpatient Program and help adolescents and their families feel supported, understood, and hopeful.

If you enjoy group work and want to make a meaningful difference without the demands of a traditional outpatient caseload, this could be a great fit. You’ll join a close-knit clinical team, work with prepared group materials, and have support when challenging situations arise—all within a consistent part-time schedule.

WHY YOU MAY LOVE WORKING HERE

? No individual caseload

? No productivity quotas

? Small groups that allow for genuine connection

? Structured curriculum and group materials provided

? Paid time for documentation

? Paid training and onboarding

? Supervision toward independent licensure

? A collaborative team that values your voice

? Strong support for risk and safety concerns

? No weekends

? Optional PRN daytime hours

  • Conduct risk assessments and provide individual support when clinically needed

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • An active Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC license
  • Two or more years of clinical experience preferred

You don’t have to choose between meaningful work and a manageable schedule. Here, you can focus on being present with clients, growing as a clinician, and knowing your team has your back.

WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!
